Samsung Electronics X1 Project
Samsung Electronics X1 Project, located in the Gaoxin Hi-Tech Industries Development Zone in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, China, was aimed at constructing a semiconductor plant with a gross area of 241,000㎡ ordered by Samsung Electronics in June 2012. By June 2014, we successfully completed and handed over the ultrapure water facility with the capacity of 20,000㎥/day for the stable supply of ultrapure water to the memory production plant, wastewater treatment facility with a capacity of 25,000㎥/day and exhaust gas treatment facility with a capacity of 160,000 CMM to treat the wastewater and exhaust gas.
