After entering the global petrochemical market for the first time in 1988, we have successfully carried out various petrochemical projects. In 2012, we completed the Bolivia YPFB Fertilizer Project successfully and expanded our business into the South American market. Our UAE Fertil-2 Fertilizer Project, which won the Project of the Year Award from Middle East Economic Digest (MEED), the top economic news outlet in the Middle East, in 2014, recorded three years without incidents while fulfilling all quality requirements, proving our unique execution capability.
The Saudi SABIC Ethylene Oxide and Ethylene Glycol (EO/EG) Project and Thailand PPTGC Olefins Reconfiguration Project are also projects that proved our technological excellence. The ongoing Malaysia Sarawak Methanol Project, for which we carried out the FEED and now the EPC phase, is progressing as planned and expected to be completed in 2023.
We will continue to prove our top-tier execution excellence for various petrochemical products, including ethylene, polyethylene, ethylene glycol, ammonia, and urea.
