ESG Strategy Framework

In 2024, to enhance the implementation of its sustainability-centered management strategies, SAMSUNG E&A devised the ESG Strategy Framework with the keyword “AHEAD” and defined tasks in key areas. Based on SAMSUNG E&A’s new ESG strategy framework, we aim to enhance the value of sustainability, improve stakeholder value for our customers, shareholders and local communities, and expend effort to create a sustainable society.

  • MSCI

    We received an A grade in the 2023 ESG evaluation of Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI), widely used as an investment reference for institutional.

    • Awarded 'A' rating in 2023 MSCI ESG Ratings
    • Awarded 'BBB' rating in 2022 MSCI ESG Ratings
    • Awarded 'BBB' rating in 2021 MSCI ESG Ratings

  • DISJ

    We have gained a favorable assessment from the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DISJ), a global sustainability benchmark, entering into DISJ Asia Pacific for 11 consecutive years and DISJ Korea for 13 consecutive years in construction & engineering sector.

  • KCGS

    Recognized for our exemplary sustainability framework, we received a comprehensive ESG rating of A from Korea Institute of Corporate Governance and Sustainability (KCGS) for three consecutive years.

Sustainability Report

Our Sustainability Report has been issued every year since 2012 to share information with various stakeholders on our business growth and capabilities and our social and environmental activities as a responsible company. We collect feedback on the report and apply it to our business management.
